Scriptural foundation for the
mission statement of Cranberry Community Presbyterian
Church
- Celebrating God’s holiness through worship
- Psalm 95:6 - Come, let us bow down in
worship, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker,
for He is our God.
- Psalm 96:9 - Worship the LORD in the
splendor of his holiness; tremble before him,
all the earth.
- Discovering God’s living Word through
discipleship
- Psalm 119:105 - Your word is a lamp
to my feet and a light for my path.
- Matthew 28:19-20 - Therefore go and
make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in
the name of the Father and of the Son and of the
Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey
everything I have commanded you. And surely I am
with you always, to the very end of the age.
- Sharing God’s redeeming grace through witness
- Acts 1:8 - But you will receive power
when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will
be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea
and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
